Prices

We support a medium to long time renting of our houses; therefore we have two  different prices for the high season from April to October and the period from November to March during the rainy season.  We don’t rent the houses on a daily base, but for weekends, weekly and monthly base. 

Prices for the high season from April to October – House I

• 1 week (7 nights) 300,00 US$ 
• 1 month 900,00 US$ 
• 3 months 2.400,00 US$

Prices for the high season from April to October – House II:

• Weekend (3 nights) 100,00 US$ 
• 1 week (7nights) 150,00 US$ 
• 1 month 450,00 US$ 
• 3 months 1200,00 US$

Prices for November to March during the rainy season – House I:

• Weekend (3 nights) 100,00 US$ 
• 1 week (7 nights) 200,00 US$ 
• 1 month 500,00 US$ 
• 3 month 2000,00 US$

Prices for November to March during the rainy season – House II:

• Weekend (3 nights) 50,00 US$ 
• 1 week (7nights) 100,00 US$ 
• 1 month 250,00 US$ 
• 3 months 1000,00 US$

Because our houses are of best quality, well maintained, including furniture, kitchen utilities, running hot water and electricity, we have to charge a guaranty or 50 % of the rent, by a weekly to a 3 month renting. By renting a house more than 3 month, the guaranty will be the amount of 1 monthly rent. To be paid, to Mr. Cesar O. Barrios Bottger in Oxapampa, at the time of signing a renting – contract.
